Gonna keep this short since it's just basic credentials to be honest.
- I'm a legal adult so I can draw horny trash but I won't draw you even one tiddy if you aren't at least 18 too.
- I have no problem drawing gore of any kind, whether it be pixelated, candy or realistic. Just ask!

YES: OCs, Humanoids/Humans, Anthros/Furries, Monsters, Adults, Kids, LGBT stuff, Realistic/Candy/Vent/Any-kind-of Gore, Tasteful Nudity or Suggestive Content, (most) NSFW, Vent Content, Couples Art, Experimental Art (just ask!! )

MAYBE: Fan-characters, Canon Characters, Ferals/Animals, Babies/Children I guess, Porn (lol)

NO: Hate/Offensive Content (racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, pedophilia, you get the picture), slurs (im not writing them on anything), horses (hate drawing them), transmen in dresses (kiss my ass)

All art drawn by me may only be used by myself and the owner of the characters involved in said artwork. No one besides me may claim the art itself. I will never claim the characters involved in a commission unless they are currently owned by me. When you commission me, you are giving me permission to use artwork I draw for you as commission examples. No one has permission to edit my artwork unless you commission it for the purpose of being edited (like for a base). Removing my watermark for any reason is a violation of my TOS and will have you put on my blacklist and banned from ever commissioning anything else from me. My watermark is non-intrusive and I put it to the side so it covers up very little. There's no reason to remove it. Removal of it permits art theft and I don't want anyone making that more possible.By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the above stated rules and understanding that violation of them will result in you being blacklisted.

This is an updated list of people who are banned from commissioning anything from me/owning my characters or designs due to TOS or Refund Policy violations. Or general asshole behavior. Please don’t harass these people, just be aware they’re shady or gross.

SCAMMED ME + POSSIBLE ART THEFT ATTEMPT
Bought a ton of art, received a refund on finished and partially finished art because she gaslit and begged. She later returned to try and steal the refunded artwork. Has an open PSA on her on TH concerning her repeating that behavior with other people that includes her stealing art that she didn't pay for to try and resell.erotica (Toyhouse)
INSTIGATING ARGUMENTS + TRANSPHOBIC
Messaged me just to antagonize and create a fight because I publicly mention that I won't draw transphobic portrayals of trans people/characters in my TOS. I blocked them after they responded to me explaining my reasoning (when asked to) to say that some trans people like being misgendered. They later wrote a PSA on me that backfired and just resulted in me getting some really nice DMS from people even after they deleted it.Baba/squidsintheattic (Toyhouse)
UNFOUNDED CHARGEBACK THREATS + BREAKING TOS
Commissioned me for a sketch, which I did. The second I sent it, they instantly started to jump on my ass and accuse me of scamming. I offered edits since everything they were mad about was small stuff that really would only take 5 seconds to change. They threw an even bigger tantrum when I didn't automatically respond to gaslighting, threatening me with a chargeback. I blocked them after a brief back and forth where they attempted to justify scamming me for finished art. No chargeback was filled, unsurprisingly, though they did edit my artwork and attempt to resell it which is directly against my TOS.______________________
Please do not aid any of these people in getting ahold of anything I make. I'm willing to report and blacklist over it. Anyone that's weird enough that I actually put them here is far and few between so I insist. I don't want to have anything to do with these people and I don't want anything I draw to be in any way relevant to them.

There will be no refunds for finished artwork and no refunds given before a month has passed. This is to give me ample time to complete commissions without going back and forth. If you refund partially finished artwork, you will not receive what was finished and you have no permission to keep or use the WIPs that you may or may not have received. Even only a partial refund doesn't make up for the time I spent working and I've had issues with people attempting to snipe free art by refunding partially completed things. Try it and you're blacklisted.By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the above stated terms and understanding that these are the requirements for a refund.
